Design Service Charges

Our interior design services start with space planning in the form of floor plans. We help you streamline your belongings and use what you have as the basis for a design that suits your vision, your lifestyle and your budget. As your design progresses, we will guide your decisions on materials, fixtures, finishes and color. Together we will select furniture, fabrics, lighting, art, rugs and accessories.

Balda Development offers a one hour complimentary consultation. In this appointment we view the space, discuss your goals and get to know each other. After our initial conversation we will provide you with a project estimate using a design hourly rate of $75 per hour. Any architectural drawings needed are an additional fee.
