Harbour Isles

In an effort to beautify Indian Harbour Beach's South Patrick Drive, Balda Development & Construction transformed a once dilapidated building into a striking two story executive center.

Maintaining the footprint and foundation of the original buildings four walls preserved the parking area and conserved the surrounding land. Located adjacent to an open space and park and just steps away from the private dock are just a few features that made the site appealing for renovation. Manatee sightings are frequent and the occasion porpoise adds to the charm. The waterway leads to the Intracoastal allowing tenants to drive their boat to work.

Once you enter Harbour Isles Executive Center you are immediately notice the stunning finishes and décor. Raised ceilings, designer paint colors, and recessed energy-efficient lighting provide a warm, inviting atmosphere. Balconies on the top floor capitalize on the view and serene setting. The suite layouts have been designed to maximize space and function while maintaining an elegant esthetic.
